Restaurant Chain Corporate Controller

We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced Corporate Controller to join our team at Chatpatta Chowk. As a key member of our leadership team, you will play a critical role in driving the financial and operational success of our restaurant chain.
Key Responsibilities- Financial Management
- Develop and implement financial strategies to drive business growth and profitability
- Manage and analyze financial data to inform business decisions
- Establish and maintain financial controls and procedures
- Operational Leadership
- Oversee the establishment and management of major departments and senior staff positions
- Coordinate the work of regions, divisions, or departments to achieve business objectives
- Develop and implement operational strategies to improve efficiency and productivity
- Human Resources Management
- Select and develop middle managers, directors, and other executive staff
- Delegate authority and create optimal working conditions
- Establish and maintain human resources planning and development programs
- Communication and Representation
- Represent the organization in negotiations and other official functions
- Delegate representatives to act on behalf of the organization
- Education
- Bachelor's degree in a relevant field
- Experience
- 3-5 years of experience in a corporate controller or similar role
- Skills
- Excellent financial management and analytical skills
- Strong leadership and communication skills
- Ability to work in a fast-paced environment with tight deadlines
