Restaurant Chain Corporate Controller

We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced Corporate Controller to join our team at Karahi Boys Franchise Corp. as a key member of our operations team.
Key Responsibilities- Resource Allocation: Allocate material, human, and financial resources to implement organizational policies and programs, ensuring optimal utilization and efficiency.
- Department Establishment: Authorize and organize the establishment of major departments and associated senior staff positions, aligning with the company's strategic objectives.
- Regional Coordination: Coordinate the work of regions, divisions, or departments, fostering collaboration and ensuring seamless operations.
- Objective Setting: Establish objectives for the organization and formulate or approve policies and programs, driving business growth and success.
- Leadership Development: Select middle managers, directors, or other executive staff, delegate necessary authority, and create optimum working conditions, promoting a culture of excellence.
- Financial and Administrative Controls: Establish financial and administrative controls, formulate and approve promotional campaigns, and approve overall human resources planning, ensuring the company's financial stability and operational efficiency.
- Fast-Paced Environment: Work in a fast-paced environment, adapting to changing circumstances and priorities.
- Pressure and Deadlines: Work under pressure, meeting tight deadlines and delivering high-quality results.
- Attention to Detail: Maintain attention to detail, ensuring accuracy and precision in all aspects of the job.

- Experience: Possess at least 1 year of experience in a related field, with a strong understanding of corporate operations and management.
- Education: Hold a degree in a relevant field, such as business administration or finance.
- Language: Fluency in English is required, with the ability to communicate effectively with colleagues and stakeholders.
- Work Schedule: Work a 30-hour per week schedule, with flexibility to adapt to changing circumstances and priorities.
