Corporate Business Controller

We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced Corporate Business Controller to join our team at Ally's Helping Hand Ltd. as a key member of our management team.
Key Responsibilities- Performance Management: Conduct regular performance reviews to ensure the sales team is meeting its targets and provide constructive feedback for improvement.
- Training and Development: Arrange training sessions for staff to enhance their skills and knowledge, and provide guidance on best practices.
- Strategic Planning: Plan, direct, and evaluate the activities of sales departments in commercial, industrial, wholesale, and retail establishments to achieve business objectives.
- Policy Development: Establish organizational policies and procedures related to sales, ensuring compliance with industry standards and company regulations.
- Product Development: Determine strategic planning related to new product lines, working closely with the marketing department to understand market trends and customer needs.
- Sales Leadership: Lead the sales team in building relationships with business clients, managing negotiations of sales contracts, and driving revenue growth.
- Marketing Collaboration: Work with the marketing department to understand and communicate marketing messages to the field, ensuring alignment with business objectives.
- Leadership Experience: 5-10 years of experience in a leadership role, with a proven track record of success in sales and operations management.
- Education: Bachelor's degree or equivalent experience in a related field.
- Skills: Strong communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to work effectively in a fast-paced environment.
- Security Clearance: Basic security clearance and bondable.
