About the Role

This position is a critical client-facing role in the onboarding of new FIA/LAAD clients and consulting with existing clients. The FIA-LAAD Consultant is the main advisor to clients on the appropriate set-up of complex deliverables and advising them on the use and application of this service.

Key Responsibilities

  • Onboard new clients, which takes approximately 6-8 months with clients changing their analytics to LAAD
  • Analyze and advise clients on deliverable and application requirements, including cohort design, market definitions, reporting considerations, customizations, delivery, TPA coordination, and interpretation of market and data events
  • Manage client deliverable changes and additions, including coordination of specialty supplementation, data customization, and coordination with the Flexview Tech team
  • Triage and escalate client issues, data investigations, client requests, and manage to successful conclusion
  • Lead or participate in weekly meetings between client and LAAD/FIA team
  • Maintain ongoing project and issues log, and communicate status of changes and deliverables
  • Develop and implement ongoing client training to bridge business issues to data
  • Ensure overall client satisfaction, revenue attainment, and contract renewal
  • Support client needs in accordance with team/product offering rules

Qualifications

  • Bachelor's Degree Required
  • 3-5 years of related experience Required
  • Ability to work willingly and effectively with others in and across the organization to accomplish team goals
  • Knowledge and understanding of fundamental business processes, their interaction, and the impact of external/internal influences on decision making, growth, and decline
  • Knowledge of claims data and/or managed care
  • Knowledge of current events and developments within an industry and major competitors
  • Knowledge and understanding of the marketplace
  • Knowledge of professional/trade associations, key people, and companies
  • Effective time management skills
