HR Administrative Coordinator

About the RoleThis Co-op Student position will provide administrative support to the Human Resources Department at Martinrea International. The successful candidate will assist in coordinating various HR initiatives, ensuring compliance with departmental policies and procedures.
Key Responsibilities- Communicate effectively with employees, supervisors, and managers to identify and resolve work-related issues and concerns.
- Assist in coordinating the Martinrea Orientation Model Program for new hires, including creating new hire folders and preparing MOM folders.
- Complete necessary administrative tasks to ensure accurate entry of employee data into HR systems.
- Drive employee onboarding activities, including developing onboarding plans and job-specific training plans (JSTP).
- Assist with maintaining communication boards and updating job descriptions.
The successful candidate will spend approximately 80% of their time in an office environment, with occasional visits to the production floor. A moderate level of noise is expected in the office, while the production floor may be louder.
Compensation PackageWe offer a competitive salary range of $50,000 - $60,000 per year, based on location and experience. This estimate is based on national averages for similar positions in North America.
