Job Summary

We are seeking a highly organized and detail-oriented Office Support Specialist to join our team at BC Ltd. As an Office Support Specialist, you will be responsible for providing administrative support to our team, including arranging seminars, recording meeting minutes, and scheduling appointments.

Key Responsibilities
  • Arrange and coordinate seminars, conferences, and other events
  • Record and prepare minutes of meetings, seminars, and conferences
  • Schedule and confirm appointments
  • Answer telephone calls and relay messages
  • Order office supplies and maintain inventory
  • Arrange travel and related itineraries
  • Greet visitors and direct them to contacts or service areas
  • Type and proofread correspondence, forms, and other documents
Requirements
  • Secondary (high) school graduation certificate
  • 1 year to less than 2 years of experience
  • Proficiency in MS Excel, MS PowerPoint, MS Windows, and MS Word
