About the Role:

BC Ltd. is seeking an experienced Office Support Specialist to join our team. As an Office Support Specialist, you will be responsible for providing administrative support to our team members, ensuring the smooth operation of our office.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Arrange and coordinate seminars, conferences, and other events
  • Record and prepare minutes of meetings, seminars, and conferences
  • Schedule and confirm appointments
  • Answer telephone calls and relay messages
  • Order office supplies and maintain inventory
  • Arrange travel and related itineraries
  • Greet visitors and direct them to contacts or service areas
  • Type and proofread correspondence, forms, and other documents

Requirements:

  • 1 year to less than 2 years of experience in an administrative role
  • Excellent communication and organizational skills
  • Ability to multitask and work in a fast-paced environment
