Key Responsibilities:

As an Administrative Support Coordinator at Shiny Trucks Detailing & Polishing, you will be responsible for providing administrative support to our team. Your duties will include:

•Greeting clients and visitors, providing general information and assistance as needed
•Managing and maintaining accurate and up-to-date records and files
•Preparing and distributing correspondence, reports, and other documents
•Receiving and processing incoming mail, emails, and faxes
•Handling and processing cash and credit transactions
•Maintaining a clean and organized workspace, including the reception area and administrative offices

Requirements:

•High school diploma or equivalent required
•1-2 years of administrative experience preferred
•Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
•Ability to work independently and as part of a team
•Strong organizational and time management skills
•Proficient in Microsoft Office and other software applications
