We are seeking a highly skilled and customer-focused individual to join our team as a Customer Service Representative at our Moncton Branch of Richelieu Hardware Ltd.
Main Responsibilities:- Provide exceptional customer service to our clients through various channels, including in-person, phone, and email.
- Respond promptly and professionally to customer inquiries, resolving issues in a timely and efficient manner.
- Ensure follow-up on orders and provide support to mobile device users.
- Enter and process orders accurately and efficiently.
- Participate in training sessions to stay up-to-date on new products and services.
- Provide technical support to customers via phone and email, ensuring a prompt, efficient, and courteous experience.
- Promote Richelieu's products and services to customers.
- Monitor and advise customers on product information, availability, and delivery status.
- Perform general office duties and provide administrative support to the branch as required.
- Enjoy interacting with people and possess a professional attitude.
- A natural ability to provide exceptional customer service.
- Aptitude to quickly develop and communicate expert product knowledge.
- Ability to work in a fast-paced environment.
- Background in the woodworking industry is an asset, but not necessary.
- Knowledge of MS Office.
- Fluency in French and English (verbal and written).
