Job Title: Customer Satisfaction Representative

We are seeking a highly motivated and customer-focused individual to join our team as a Customer Satisfaction Representative. As a key member of our customer service team, you will be responsible for providing exceptional service to our clients, addressing their concerns, and ensuring their satisfaction with our services.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Assist in the preparation of marketing materials, reports, and other documents
  • Develop and deliver educational programs, materials, and sessions to clients
  • Address customer complaints and concerns in a professional and timely manner
  • Arrange for billing and payment processing for services
  • Explain the type and cost of services offered to clients
  • Maintain accurate records and statistics
  • Order office supplies and manage inventory
  • Perform general office duties, including receiving and logging complaints
  • Answer client inquiries and provide information
  • Consult with clients after sales to provide ongoing support
Requirements:
  • 2 years of experience in a customer-facing role
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
  • Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and meet deadlines
  • Strong attention to detail and organizational skills
  • Ability to multitask and prioritize tasks
  • Reliability, punctuality, and a positive attitude
