About the Role

Foilcon is seeking a highly skilled Project Manager to join our team. As a Project Manager - Product Visionary, you will be responsible for leading the development of our products and services, ensuring they meet the needs of our customers and stakeholders.

Key Responsibilities
  • Product Vision and Strategy: Develop and articulate a clear product vision and strategy, aligning with the company's overall goals and objectives.
  • Product Roadmap: Create and maintain a product roadmap, outlining the key features and functionalities of our products and services.
  • Project Planning and Execution: Plan and execute projects from start to finish, ensuring timely and cost-effective delivery of high-quality products and services.
  • Stakeholder Management: Build and maintain strong relationships with stakeholders, including customers, partners, and internal teams.
  • Communication and Collaboration: Communicate effectively with cross-functional teams, including product owners, developers, and designers, to ensure seamless collaboration and delivery of projects.
Requirements
  • 10+ years of project management experience in enterprise projects, including managing scope, risk, resources, schedules, and costs.
  • Experience with project documentation and creating project schedules and integrated plans.
  • Strong knowledge of project management frameworks and methodologies, including Agile and Scrum.
  • Technical skills in areas such as Oracle Database, Unix, Windows, WebLogic, and Microsoft IIS.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to articulate complex ideas and negotiate with stakeholders.
Preferred Qualifications
  • Experience with Microsoft Azure cloud platform and online collaboration tools such as MIRO, Atlassian Confluence, and Trello.
  • Knowledge of backlog management tools such as JIRA, Azure DevOps, and Pivotal Tracker.
  • Scrum master experience and experience with project reporting to multi-stakeholders at senior executive levels.
