At River Rock Casino Resort, we're seeking a self-motivated Room Attendant to join our housekeeping team. As a key member of our hospitality team, you'll play a vital role in maintaining the cleanliness and comfort of our guests' rooms.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Ensure rooms are thoroughly cleaned and maintained to the highest standards.
  • Restock linens, towels, and amenities as required.
  • Empty trash and recyclables and replace liners in waste receptacles.
  • Respond to guest requests and resolve any issues promptly.
  • Conduct regular room inspections to ensure quality and cleanliness standards are met.
  • Collaborate with colleagues to achieve team goals and objectives.
  • Participate in ongoing training and development to enhance skills and knowledge.

Requirements:

  • Availability to work a variety of shifts, including evenings, weekends, and holidays.
  • High school diploma or equivalent required.
  • Ability to lift up to 50 pounds and stand for long periods.
  • Previous housekeeping experience an asset.
  • Excellent communication and customer service skills.
