Job Description

We are seeking a diligent Duties and Responsibilities Associate to join our team at JOHN’S PAN PIZZA. As a key member of our staff, you will be responsible for maintaining a clean and safe environment for our guests and staff.



Responsibilities

Below are some of the key responsibilities you will be expected to perform:




  • Floor Maintenance
  •     Sweep, mop, wash and polish floors to a high standard.
  • Carpet and Upholstery Cleaning
  •     Vacuum carpeting, area rugs, draperies and upholstered furniture to ensure a hygienic environment.
  • Kitchen and Bathroom Cleaning
  •     Clean, disinfect and polish kitchen and bathroom fixtures and appliances to prevent the spread of germs.
  • Disinfection and Debris Removal
  •     Disinfect operating rooms and other areas, and pick up debris and empty trash containers to maintain a clean and healthy environment.
  • Lost and Found Management
  •     Handle and report lost and found items to ensure our guests’ belongings are returned to them.
  • Guest Services
  •     Attend to guests’ requests for extra supplies or other items, providing exceptional customer service.
  • Housekeeping and Maintenance
  •     Perform light housekeeping and cleaning duties, including washing windows, walls and ceilings to maintain a high standard of cleanliness.


You will be responsible for addressing customers’ complaints or concerns in a professional and courteous manner, ensuring a positive experience for our guests.

Required Skills and Qualifications

To be successful in this role, you will need:




  • A minimum of 2 years’ experience in a cleaning or maintenance role.
  • No degree, certificate or diploma is required.
  • The ability to work on-site, with no option for remote work.
  • A high level of attention to detail and a commitment to maintaining a clean and safe environment.
  • Excellent communication and customer service skills.
  • The ability to work independently and as part of a team.
