Job Title: Sales Enablement Manager
About the Role:
This is an exciting opportunity to join our team as a Sales Enablement Manager. As a key member of our sales team, you will be responsible for collaborating with the Regional Manager and sales team to identify sales growth strategies unique to the market.
Key Responsibilities:
- Establish sales targets and work directly with sales TSMs to manage performances to key objectives and values-based behaviours.
- Ensure the Inside Sales team is leveraged appropriately to ensure maximum territory growth.
- Leverage available sales tools and technology to share knowledge through support and training for sales TSMs.
- Provide quotes as required to secure business.
- Co-organize and facilitate all sales meetings, co-create CE events and curriculum with regional manager, specialists, vendors, and KOLs.
- Develop and deploy all social media related communications.
- Manage all approvals for sales credits, re-assignments, and strategize on the management of aging inventory.
Requirements:
- At least three years' experience in sales leadership, preferably within a healthcare or comparable industry.
- Bachelor's Degree in Business or a related discipline.
- Proven track record of leadership, increasing sales and market share from previous positions.
- Strong interpersonal skills, with strong quantitative abilities to match, working in sales databases.
- High attention to detail and strong organizational skills functioning within a customer-centric environment.
