Product Enablement Specialist

We're seeking a Product Enablement Specialist to join our Product team and contribute to our next stage of growth. As a key member of our team, you will work closely with internal stakeholders to strengthen relationships through better cohesion, transparency, and documentation.
Key Responsibilities
- Partner with stakeholders across business units to develop and maintain Product Documentation, including User Guides, Release Notes, and Training materials.
- Collaborate with Sales and Marketing to develop and present content representing our product offerings, such as Newsletters, Product Updates, Surveys, User Conferences Presentations, and Webinars.
- Lead the development of process improvements across the R&D, Services, and Support teams as it relates to product knowledge and communications.
- Work with Product Managers to effectively plan and document expected product usage for internal and external audiences.
- Gather insights from implementation, support, and product usage data to identify product documentation and training gaps.
- Own the relationship and communication with Integration Partners.
What We Offer
At Traction Rec, we're committed to a fair, market-based, and equitable compensation structure. Our market data is refreshed annually to reflect current market conditions. The starting salary band for this role is $80,000-$95,000, with salaries varying based on experience, skill level, and internal equity related to the role. We also offer a competitive bonus program and benefits.
