About the Role

We are seeking an experienced Enterprise Enablement Coordinator to join our global Sales Operations and Enablement Team at EightSix Network.

This team supports 75+ offices across North America, South America, Australia, Europe, and the Middle East. As a key member, you will deliver best-in-class service to all stakeholders.

The ideal candidate is a detail-oriented team player with excellent communication and interpersonal skills. You should be resourceful, analytical, and possess a curiosity for what is possible, balanced with a commitment to implement the best solution and continuously strive for improvement.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Daily sales user support, including ongoing updates and education on new internal initiatives, reports, etc.
  • Ongoing sales contests to drive performance and engagement
  • Salesforce lead routing to pertinent markets and individuals
  • Enterprise accounts with daily account management tasks

Supporting Functions:

  • Daily Salesforce platform and user support, including ongoing updates and education on new features, benefits, reports, etc.
  • Customization of objects, fields, record types, rate tables, page layouts, validation rules
  • Closely working with all departments to review operational processes and address inefficiencies
  • Users, profiles, and roles, as well as security models

Training and Development:

  • Updating training materials, including onboarding collateral, battle cards, training videos, etc.
  • Collaborating with the corporate training team to create a centralized library for all training materials

Requirements:

  • At least one year of experience in a sales, marketing, or sales enablement role
  • Post-secondary education and/or commensurate experience
  • A team player who thrives in a multicultural environment
  • Attention to detail
  • Excellent communication and writing skills
  • Organizational and time-management skills
  • Familiarity with Salesforce Lightning is a strong asset
