Sales Enablement Specialist (Contract)

About the Role

We are seeking a highly motivated and collaborative Sales Enablement Specialist to support our global Sales Operations and Enablement Team. This team supports 75+ offices around the world, across North America, South America, Australia, Europe, and the Middle East.

The right fit for us is a detail-oriented team player, with excellent communication and interpersonal skills. You are resourceful, analytical, and possess a curiosity for what is possible, balanced with a commitment to implement the best solution and constantly strive for continuous improvement.

Key Responsibilities

  • Support three key functions: Sales Support, Salesforce Support, and Sales Training.
  • Provide daily Sales user support, including ongoing updates and education on new internal initiatives, reports, etc.
  • Manage ongoing Sales Contests to drive performance and engagement.
  • Customize Salesforce Lead Routing to pertinent markets and individuals.
  • Manage Enterprise Accounts with daily account management tasks.
  • Provide daily Salesforce platform and user support, including ongoing updates and education on new features, benefits, reports, etc.
  • Customize objects, fields, record types, rate tables, page layouts, validation rules.
  • Closely work with all departments to review operational processes and address inefficiencies.
  • Manage users, profiles, and roles, and security models.
  • Develop and update training materials, including onboarding collateral, battle cards, training videos, etc.
  • Collaborate with the corporate training team to create a centralized library for all training materials.

Requirements

  • 1 year of experience in a sales, marketing, or sales enablement role.
  • Post-secondary education and/or commensurate experience.
  • Team player, who thrives in a multicultural environment.
  • Attention to detail.
  • Communication and writing skills.
  • Organizational and time-management skills.
  • Experience with Salesforce Lightning is a strong asset.
