Vancouver, British Columbia, Canada Visier, Inc Full time

Visier is a leader in people analytics, and we're looking for a talented individual to join our team as a Partner Enablement Manager, Embedded Analytics.

This role is responsible for supporting our embedded partners to successfully go to market, sell their people analytics solutions, and drive revenue growth strategies.

As a Partner Enablement Manager, you will collaborate with key business functions within our partners, Visier Partner Success Managers, and the Visier Partner Solutions team.

You will assess each partner's enablement capabilities, define, support, and drive the partner execution of enablement strategies.

You will take a Train the Trainer approach to partner enablement, ensuring partners can independently continue their enablement programs on their people analytics solution post-go-live.

Key responsibilities include:

  • Assessing each partner's enablement capabilities at initial post-sales engagement and tailoring direction to their unique enablement needs and strategy.
  • Acting as a trusted advisor to embedded partners, offering strategic guidance, best practices, connecting with other Visier experts when needed, and providing actionable insights to help them succeed in selling and promoting their people analytics solutions.
  • Equipping partners with enablement best practices, instructions, and project plans, meeting their go-to-market strategies, timelines, and revenue growth objectives.
  • Fostering strong collaborative relationships with stakeholders at partner organizations, including executives, sales leaders, and technical teams to drive collaboration and alignment.
  • Defining, developing, and documenting the Visier Partner Enablement program and strategy, including a comprehensive partner enablement playbook.
  • Developing and maintaining a library of enablement materials, including playbooks, technical documentation, best practice strategies, use cases, value propositions, and demo scripts to support partner onboarding and ongoing enablement needs.
  • Continuously monitoring partner enablement performance, helping them identify and measure the effectiveness of their enablement initiatives, and reporting partner program status, successes, and roadblocks to internal and external stakeholders.
  • Providing feedback to Visier Partner Success Team, Solutions Teams, Marketing, and Product teams to improve our partner program, partner ecosystem, and the success of our partner's implementations of Visier Embedded solutions.
  • Staying informed about industry trends, competitive landscape, and emerging technologies to continuously enhance partner enablement strategies and offerings.

What you'll bring to the table:

  • Proven experience in partner enablement, training, and sales enablement within a B2B environment.
  • Strong consultative business acumen with the ability to align enablement with the overall business strategy of the partner.
  • Significant experience developing and delivering enablement and training content, including strong presentation skills.
  • Self-starter, with proven experience of working on programs/projects with a geographically dispersed team.
  • Solid project management skills, including planning work, managing details, keeping multiple tasks/projects on track, using time well, working with stakeholders, and doing whatever it takes to deliver reliable results.
  • Previous experience as a consultant is an advantage.

Most importantly, you share our values:

  • You roll up your sleeves.
  • You make it easy.
  • You are proud.
  • You never stop learning.
  • You play to win.

The base pay range for this position in Canada is $95,000-$125,000 / year + Bonus.

The compensation offered will be determined by factors such as relevant qualifications, experience, knowledge, and skills. Many of our positions are eligible for additional types of compensation (e.g., commission plans, bonus, etc.) which our Talent Acquisition team will share with you if you interview for the role.
