Key Responsibilities:- Prospect and qualify new business leads through various channels, including cold calling, email campaigns, and networking events.
- Develop and maintain a robust sales pipeline by continuously adding qualified leads and building relationships with clients.
- Conduct product/service presentations and demonstrations to showcase value propositions and understand client needs.
- Manage the entire sales cycle from initial contact to contract negotiation and closing.
- Develop and present compelling proposals and quotes to prospective clients.
- Foster long-term relationships with clients by providing exceptional post-sales support and service.
- Monitor client satisfaction and gather feedback to improve our offerings.
- Stay updated on industry trends, market conditions, and competitor activities.
- Provide insights and recommendations to adapt the sales strategy accordingly.
- Maintain accurate records of sales activities, client interactions, and deal progress.
- Prepare regular sales reports and forecasts for management.
- 3+ years of B2B sales experience with a proven track record.
- Proficiency in communicating in English (both verbally and written); ability to do so in French will be considered a plus.
- Comfortable with follow-ups, admin, and calendar organization.
- Adaptable to change while being a driving force of growth.
- Outgoing people person, comfortable with phone, in-person, and video conference.
- Clear, concise, and polite communication style.
- Great problem-solving skills while being detail-oriented.
- Self-motivated and love nothing more than a meaty challenge to sink your teeth into.
- Excellent negotiation skills.
- Entrepreneurial drive—you thrive being part of a small team, rapidly iterating on your approach to unlocking opportunities, and getting your hands dirty to sell.
- Competitive nature and a will to succeed in a target-driven environment.
- Experience selling services, outsourcing, or labor solutions is a plus.
- Must be quota-driven.
- Base salary plus commission.
