The Saffron is seeking an experienced Executive Chef to lead our culinary team in delivering exceptional dining experiences. As a key member of our kitchen staff, you will be responsible for planning and directing food preparation and cooking activities, ensuring that all dishes meet the highest quality standards.
About The Job:
- We are looking for a highly skilled chef with experience in managing kitchen staff and overseeing menu planning, food preparation, and presentation.
- You will be responsible for maintaining high levels of customer satisfaction by consistently delivering delicious and visually appealing dishes.
- As part of our dynamic kitchen team, you will work closely with our chefs, cooks, and other support staff to achieve our culinary goals.
- We offer a competitive salary range of $60,000 - $80,000 per year, depending on experience.

About You:
- 5+ years of experience as a head chef or executive chef in a similar establishment.
- Proven track record of success in menu planning, food preparation, and presentation.
- Excellent leadership and communication skills, with the ability to motivate and guide your team.
- Demonstrated expertise in East Indian and International cuisine, with knowledge of gluten-free and other dietary specialties.
- Ability to work well under pressure, meeting tight deadlines and maintaining a fast-paced environment.
