Executive Chef for Shawarma Fusion Incorporation

The Shawarma Fusion Incorporation is seeking an Executive Chef to lead our kitchen operations.
Job DescriptionWe are looking for a skilled and experienced chef to oversee the preparation and cooking of complete meals or individual dishes and foods. The successful candidate will also be responsible for inspecting kitchens and food service areas, training staff in preparation, cooking and handling of food, supervising kitchen staff and helpers, maintaining inventory and records of food, supplies and equipment, and cleaning kitchen and work areas.
Required Skills and Qualifications- Able to prepare and cook a variety of dishes, including East Indian and Mediterranean cuisine
- Strong attention to detail and ability to maintain high standards of quality and cleanliness
- Excellent leadership and communication skills, with experience in training and supervising staff
- Able to work well under pressure and manage multiple tasks simultaneously
- Physical stamina to stand for extended periods and lift heavy objects
We offer a competitive salary and benefits package, including life insurance, permanent employment, and 37.5 hours of work per week.
Estimated salary: $45,000 - $60,000 per year, depending on experience.
