Executive Chef

We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced Executive Chef to join our team at THE SAFFRON. As an Executive Chef, you will be responsible for overseeing the culinary operations of our restaurant, ensuring that every dish that leaves our kitchen meets the highest standards of quality and presentation.
About the RoleThis is a permanent full-time position, working 35-40 hours per week. No degree, certificate, or diploma is required, but we do need someone with 1-2 years of experience in a similar role.
Key Responsibilities- Maintain accurate records of food costs, consumption, sales, and inventory.
- Analyze operating costs and other data to optimize kitchen performance.
- Demonstrate new cooking techniques and equipment to cooking staff.
- Instruct cooks in preparation, cooking, garnishing, and presentation of food.
- Prepare and cook complete meals and specialty foods for events such as banquets.
- Supervise cooks and other kitchen staff.
