About the Role:

We are seeking a highly organized and detail-oriented Receiving Clerk to join our Purchasing Department at Four Seasons Resort & Residences Whistler. As a key member of our team, you will be responsible for sourcing vendors, ordering, and tracking all purchases in a timely manner.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Sourcing vendors and negotiating prices to ensure optimal value for the company
  • Ordering and tracking all purchases, ensuring accuracy and timeliness
  • Inspecting incoming goods against delivery invoices, food specifications, and purchase records
  • Issuing food, beverage, and non-food goods to appropriate departments based on requisition orders

Requirements:

  • High level of attention to detail and a strong work ethic
  • Excellent communication skills and ability to work with both internal and external stakeholders
  • Fluency in reading, writing, and spoken English required
  • Ability to continuously stand for up to 8 hours per shift and lift up to 40lbs
  • A positive attitude and a can-do approach to any task
