About the RoleWe're seeking a highly organized and detail-oriented Receiving Clerk to join our Purchasing Department at Four Seasons Resort & Residences Whistler. As a key member of our team, you'll be responsible for sourcing vendors, ordering, and tracking all purchases in a timely manner.
Key Responsibilities- Sourcing vendors and managing procurement processes
- Ordering and tracking all purchases to ensure accuracy and efficiency
- Coordinating with internal departments to ensure seamless delivery of goods and services
- High level of attention to detail and strong organizational skills
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
- Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and prioritize tasks effectively
- Fluency in reading, writing, and spoken English required
- Competitive hourly wage of $24.50
