Job Summary

Tastyeats Foods Ltd. is seeking a highly skilled Customer Service Team Lead to join our team. As a key member of our retail operations, you will be responsible for supervising staff, assigning sales workers to duties, and ensuring exceptional customer experiences.

Key Responsibilities
  • Supervise staff and assign sales workers to duties
  • Ensure exceptional customer experiences
  • Hire and train or arrange for training of staff
  • Teach interest or professional development courses
  • Authorize return of merchandise
  • Establish work schedules
  • Resolve issues that may arise, including customer requests, complaints, and supply shortages
  • Supervise and co-ordinate activities of workers
  • Manage cash
  • Conduct performance reviews
Support for Newcomers and Refugees
