Job Summary

We are seeking an organized and detail-oriented Administrative Assistant to join our team at Mountain View Restaurant. As an Administrative Assistant, you will provide administrative support to our staff and management team, ensuring the smooth operation of our office.

Key Responsibilities
  • Scheduling and Coordination: Schedule and confirm appointments, meetings, and events, ensuring timely and efficient communication with staff and external parties.
  • Communication and Reception: Answer telephone calls, relay messages, and respond to electronic enquiries in a professional and courteous manner.
  • Administrative Tasks: Type and proofread correspondence, forms, and other documents, as well as maintain accurate records and files.
  • Inventory and Supplies: Order office supplies and maintain inventory levels to ensure a well-stocked and efficient office environment.
  • Customer Service: Greet visitors and direct them to the appropriate staff member or service area, providing a warm and welcoming experience.
Requirements
  • Education: Secondary (high) school graduation certificate or equivalent experience.
  • Experience: 1 year to less than 2 years of experience in an administrative role.
  • Language: Fluency in English.
  • Work Hours: 35 hours per week.
