About the Role

We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced Executive Chef to join our team at G650 Holdings Ltd. as a key member of our culinary team.

Key Responsibilities
  • Menu Planning and Execution

Develop and implement menus that meet the highest standards of quality and presentation, taking into account seasonal ingredients and customer preferences.

Culinary Leadership

Supervise and mentor a team of cooks and kitchen staff, providing guidance and support to ensure seamless kitchen operations.

Inventory Management

Oversee the ordering and inventory of food, supplies, and equipment, ensuring that the kitchen is well-stocked and efficient.

Quality Control

Conduct regular kitchen inspections to ensure that food safety and quality standards are met, and implement corrective actions as needed.

Team Collaboration

Work closely with other departments, including front-of-house staff and management, to ensure seamless service and high customer satisfaction.

Requirements
  • Education

Secondary (high) school graduation certificate or equivalent.

Experience

At least 1 year of experience as a cook or in a related role, with a proven track record of success in a fast-paced kitchen environment.

Skills

Excellent culinary skills, with a focus on menu planning, food preparation, and presentation.

Physical Demands

Ability to stand for extended periods, work in a fast-paced environment, and lift up to 25 pounds.

Working Conditions

The successful candidate will be required to work in a fast-paced kitchen environment, with a focus on providing exceptional customer service and maintaining high standards of quality and safety.
