About the Role

We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced Executive Chef to join our team at Clearwater Convenience Ltd. As a key member of our kitchen staff, you will be responsible for leading our culinary team and ensuring the highest standards of food quality and presentation.

Key Responsibilities
  • Menu Planning and Preparation
    • Develop and implement new menu ideas and specials to drive sales and customer satisfaction
    • Source high-quality ingredients and suppliers to maintain consistency and quality
  • Chef Management
    • Lead and motivate a team of chefs and kitchen staff to achieve exceptional results
    • Provide training and coaching to develop skills and knowledge
  • Kitchen Operations
    • Ensure efficient and safe kitchen operations, including inventory management and waste reduction
    • Maintain a clean and organized kitchen environment, adhering to health and safety standards
  • Customer Service
    • Provide exceptional customer service, responding to customer feedback and concerns
    • Ensure that all food is prepared to the highest standards, meeting customer expectations
Requirements
  • Education and Experience
    • Secondary (high) school graduation certificate
    • 3 years to less than 5 years of experience in a senior culinary role
  • Skills and Qualities
    • Excellent leadership and communication skills
    • Ability to work in a fast-paced environment, prioritizing tasks and managing time effectively
    • Strong attention to detail and quality control
    • Ability to train and develop staff
