Senior Health Operations Manager for Government Services

We are seeking a seasoned Senior Health Operations Manager to join our team at Employment and Social Development Canada. In this role, you will be responsible for overseeing the day-to-day operations of our health programs, ensuring seamless delivery and exceptional customer service.
About the RoleThe ideal candidate will have 3-4 years of experience in a similar role, with a strong background in health program management. You will be required to work closely with our team members to develop and implement strategies that drive program success. A bachelor's degree in a related field is essential.
Key Responsibilities- Develop and implement operational plans to ensure efficient delivery of health programs
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to achieve program goals and objectives
- Maintain accurate records and reports to track program performance
The salary range for this position is $142,000 - $150,000 annually, depending on experience and qualifications. This is a permanent, full-time opportunity with a competitive benefits package.
