Job Summary

We are seeking an experienced Retail Assistant Store Manager to join our management team in Newmarket. As a key member of our team, you will be responsible for providing exceptional customer service, managing store operations, and leading a team of sales associates.

Key Responsibilities

  • Provide a consistently superior buying experience for customers
  • Manage store operations, including inventory management and visual merchandising
  • Lead and develop a team of sales associates to achieve sales goals and provide excellent customer service
  • Participate in training and development programs to enhance product knowledge and sales skills
  • Contribute to the development of sales strategies and promotions to drive business growth
