Key Responsibilities
  • Provide outstanding customer service, responding to customer inquiries and resolving issues in a timely and professional manner.
  • Build and maintain strong relationships with clients, understanding their needs and preferences to deliver tailored solutions.
  • Drive sales growth by identifying opportunities, making recommendations, and closing deals.
  • Operate cash registers, process transactions, and maintain accurate records.
  • Assist in the display and merchandising of products, ensuring a visually appealing and organized store environment.
  • Perform data entry, maintain sales records, and provide insights to inform business decisions.
  • Stay up-to-date with product knowledge, industry trends, and competitor activity to provide expert advice to customers.
Requirements
  • 5+ years of experience in retail sales or a related field.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to build strong relationships with clients and colleagues.
  • Proven track record of driving sales growth and achieving targets.
  • Ability to work in a fast-paced environment, prioritizing tasks and managing multiple responsibilities.
