About the Role

We are seeking a highly motivated and customer-focused Retail Salesperson to join our team at The Royal Wood Shop Ltd. As a key member of our sales team, you will be responsible for providing exceptional customer service, building strong relationships with clients, and driving sales growth.

Key Responsibilities
  • Provide excellent customer service, responding to customer inquiries and resolving issues in a timely and professional manner.
  • Build and maintain strong relationships with clients, understanding their needs and preferences to deliver tailored solutions.
  • Drive sales growth by identifying opportunities, making recommendations, and closing deals.
  • Operate cash registers, process transactions, and maintain accurate records.
  • Assist in the display and merchandising of products, ensuring a visually appealing and organized store environment.
  • Participate in ongoing training and development to stay up-to-date on products, services, and industry trends.
Requirements
  • 5+ years of experience in retail sales or a related field.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to build strong relationships with clients and colleagues.
  • Proven sales and customer service skills, with a track record of meeting or exceeding sales targets.
  • Ability to work in a fast-paced environment, prioritizing tasks and managing multiple responsibilities.
  • Basic computer skills, including MS Excel.
