**Job Summary**
We are seeking an experienced and motivated Retail Assistant Store Manager to join our management team at our Newmarket location. As a key member of our team, you will be responsible for providing exceptional customer service, managing store operations, and leading a team of sales associates to achieve sales goals and objectives.
**Key Responsibilities**
- Provide a consistently superior buying experience for customers
- Train and develop sales associates to meet sales goals and objectives
- Manage store operations, including inventory management, visual merchandising, and store maintenance
- Lead and motivate a team of sales associates to achieve sales goals and objectives
- Collaborate with the management team to develop and implement sales strategies and promotions
