About the Role

As a Senior Manager, People Partnerships, you will lead a team of HRBPs and collaborate closely with senior leadership and department heads to implement People initiatives that enhance employee engagement, performance, and retention. You will be passionate about building strong relationships with senior leaders and stakeholders, aligning People initiatives with business objectives, and driving key People programs that enhance organizational effectiveness and employee performance.

Key Responsibilities

  • Lead and mentor a team of HRBPs, providing guidance and support in executing People strategies and initiatives.
  • Collaborate closely with senior leaders and business unit heads to understand their needs and challenges, and develop People solutions that drive business success.
  • Partner with key stakeholders to develop and implement talent management strategies, including workforce planning, performance management, and employee development.
  • Understand Jobber's People strategy and utilize it to drive performance through existing people programs and the development and delivery of new people solutions.
  • Provide expert advice and guidance on complex People issues, ensuring compliance with employment laws and company policies.
  • Drive change management initiatives and organizational development efforts to foster a high-performance culture.
  • Lead People projects and programs aimed at enhancing employee engagement and performance across the organization.
  • Analyze People metrics and data to identify trends, insights, and opportunities for continuous improvement.
