The Role: As a Technical System Integrator, you will play a crucial role in ensuring the seamless integration of our technical systems, reporting to the IT Manager – Business Engagement and the Senior IT Manager, Technology Enablement.

  • System Analysis and Integration: Perform in-depth analysis of our infrastructure systems, configure computer networks, and provide training to employees on automated systems to ensure optimal performance.
  • Documentation and Knowledge Transfer: Document technical procedures and related forms to ensure that knowledge of important technical processes and application software is passed on to future Integrators.
  • Software Evaluation and Implementation: Research, test, and evaluate various software applications for company-wide implementation and training.
  • Technical Support and Problem Resolution: Resolve technical and operational problems for users in their assigned functional area and provide technical support, including budget projections, for determining current and future software and hardware needs.
  • Liaison and Inventory Management: Serve as a liaison to Information Technology in maintaining inventory of technology and assist with software rollouts, software installations, hardware replacement, and repair.
  • Data Security and Compliance: Possess high integrity to maintain the security of sensitive or confidential data and ensure regulatory requirements are addressed in the solution.

Requirements:

  • Education and Experience: Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Computer Engineering, Information Science (or related field) or equivalent job experience, with a minimum of 5 years as a Technical System Integrator.
  • Technical Skills: Proficiency in Windows, basic understanding of a UNIX-based OS and Mac OS administration, and experience utilizing programming languages to troubleshoot and revise software applications.

  • Work Schedule: 5-day work week (Monday to Friday), 9:00am – 5:30pm.
