Job Title: IT Specialist

At Datrend Systems Inc, we are seeking a highly skilled IT Specialist to join our team. As an IT Specialist, you will play a critical role in planning, procuring, testing, and deploying company infrastructure to meet corporate and user IT requirements.

Duties and Responsibilities:
  • Plan and implement corporate infrastructure to meet business needs
  • Coordinate configuration and maintenance of corporate infrastructure to ensure data integrity
  • Provide technical support to users for company ERP and CRM systems
  • Review daily network security logs, Azure access and security logs, and backups to identify and remediate any issues
  • Troubleshoot complex IT issues and implement solutions promptly and efficiently
  • Perform other duties as assigned by management
Requirements:
  • Minimum of 5 years of experience in implementing corporate infrastructure
  • Degree or diploma in Information Technology, Computer Science, Electronics Technology, or a related field
  • Proficiency in network management, systems administration, and cybersecurity best practices
  • Proven experience with ERP systems, CRM software, operating systems, and servers
  • Proactive, self-motivated, and adaptable with a strong sense of ownership and accountability
  • Understanding of databases and client/server architecture
  • Knowledge and experience with Microsoft Azure AD
  • Experience with Microsoft Hyper-V virtual machine management
  • Knowledge of NAS and other related storage systems in an enterprise environment
  • Ability to learn programs and methodologies as required by the position
  • Strong time management skills
What We Offer:
  • Competitive hourly rate of $30-$34
  • Part-time position (3 days per week, approximately 24 hours per week)
