Job Summary:
Artech LLC is seeking a highly skilled Senior Systems Integration Specialist to join our team. As a key member of our R&D team, you will be responsible for planning and executing product validation against requirements in lab and field settings for solar inverters, batteries, and EV chargers.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Plan and execute product validation against requirements in R&D lab and field settings for solar inverters, batteries, and EV chargers.
  • Document bugs and issues, performing troubleshooting and root cause analysis.
  • Coordinate with project teams for resolution and verification.
  • Develop and enhance test infrastructure.
  • Collaborate with internal and external teams on hardware and software components, including interfaces and control algorithms.
  • Assist in developing functional requirements and translating them into technical specifications for engineering teams.
  • Maintain documentation accuracy using tracking tools like Confluence and JIRA.

Qualifications:
  • Bachelor's degree in a relevant technical field (Electrical Engineering, Mechatronics, Engineering Physics, Computer Science, Controls Engineering).
  • 3+ years of design engineering experience and 2+ years in systems engineering, with a total of 5+ years in systems design and ownership of complex IoT products.
  • Proven ability to thrive in fast-paced product development environments and work collaboratively in cross-functional R&D teams.
  • Strong knowledge of AC circuits, including complex analysis, harmonics, and 3-phase circuits.
  • Experience with AC and DC sources, electronic loads, batteries, and measurement tools (oscilloscopes, power analyzers, CAN analyzers).
  • Familiarity with communication networks (CAN, Modbus, Ethernet) and protocols.
  • Basic coding and scripting skills in languages like C and Python.
  • Experience in testing and troubleshooting Cloud APIs.
  • Demonstrated systematic approach to testing execution and problem-solving.
