Job Summary

We are seeking an experienced Administrative Officer to join our team at Queenswood College of Business Health and Technology Inc. The successful candidate will be responsible for providing administrative support to our operations team.

Key Responsibilities
  • Administrative Support: Provide administrative support to the operations team, including reviewing and evaluating new administrative procedures, delegating work to office support staff, and establishing work priorities.
  • Office Management: Coordinate and plan for office services, including accommodation, relocation, equipment, supplies, forms, disposal of assets, parking, maintenance, and security services.
  • Financial Management: Assist in the preparation of operating budgets and maintain inventory and budgetary controls.
  • Reporting and Data Entry: Assemble data and prepare periodic and special reports, manuals, and correspondence, as well as perform data entry tasks.
  • Training and Development: Train staff on new procedures and policies, and oversee and coordinate office administrative procedures.
  • Conflict Resolution: Resolve conflict situations and plan and control budget and expenditures.
Requirements
  • Education: Secondary (high) school graduation certificate.
  • Experience: 1 year to less than 2 years of experience in an administrative role.
  • Skills: Efficient interpersonal skills, excellent oral and written communication skills, flexibility, organized, ability to multitask, adaptability, and integrity.
Working Conditions
  • Work Term: Permanent.
  • Work Language: English.
  • Hours: 30 hours per week.
