About the Role

Zeta Immigration Inc is seeking a highly organized and detail-oriented Office Administrator to join our team. As an Office Administrator, you will be responsible for providing administrative support to our staff and ensuring the smooth operation of our office.

Key Responsibilities
  • Administrative Support: Provide administrative support to our staff, including answering phone calls, responding to emails, and preparing correspondence.
  • Office Management: Oversee the day-to-day operations of the office, including maintaining inventory, managing supplies, and coordinating office services.
  • Record Keeping: Maintain accurate and up-to-date records, including personnel files, inventory records, and other administrative documents.
  • Communication: Communicate effectively with staff, clients, and vendors to ensure seamless communication and collaboration.
  • Problem Solving: Identify and resolve administrative issues in a timely and efficient manner.
Requirements
  • Education: Secondary (high) school graduation certificate.
  • Experience: 7 months to less than 1 year of experience in an administrative role.
  • Language: Fluency in English.
  • Work Hours: 30 hours per week.
