About the Role

We are seeking a highly organized and detail-oriented Office Administrator to join our team at Clark West Cleaners. As an Office Administrator, you will be responsible for providing administrative support to our operations team, ensuring the smooth day-to-day functioning of our office.

Key Responsibilities
  • Administrative Support: Provide administrative support to the operations team, including preparing reports, managing files, and maintaining accurate records.
  • Office Management: Oversee the maintenance of our office, including coordinating office services such as accommodation, relocation, equipment, supplies, forms, disposal of assets, parking, maintenance, and security services.
  • Communication: Assist in the preparation of operating budget and maintain inventory and budgetary controls, as well as assemble data and prepare periodic and special reports, manuals, and correspondence.
  • Problem-Solving: Resolve conflict situations and oversee and coordinate office administrative procedures.
Requirements
  • Education: Secondary (high) school graduation certificate.
  • Experience: 7 months to less than 1 year of experience in an administrative role.
  • Language: Fluency in English.
  • Work Hours: 35 hours per week.
