We are seeking a highly skilled and enthusiastic Front Desk Agent to join our team at New Castle Hotels & Resorts. As a Front Desk Agent, you will be the first point of contact for our guests, providing a warm and welcoming experience that sets the tone for their stay.
Key Responsibilities
- Deliver Exceptional Guest Service - Greet guests with a smile, answer questions, and provide assistance with check-in, check-out, and other hotel services.
- Manage Front Office Operations - Handle cash and credit transactions, process reservations, and maintain accurate records.
- Provide Solutions to Guest Issues - Listen to guest concerns, resolve problems, and offer alternatives to ensure a positive experience.
- Work Collaboratively with Team Members - Communicate effectively with colleagues to ensure seamless service delivery.
- Maintain a Safe and Secure Environment - Follow hotel policies and procedures to ensure guest safety and security.
Requirements
To be successful in this role, you will need:
- Excellent Communication Skills - Strong verbal and written English communication skills.
- Technical Skills - Proficiency in front office software and ability to handle cash and credit transactions.
- Physical Demands - Ability to lift up to 20 pounds occasionally and up to 10 pounds frequently, with occasional need to assist with luggage.
