Hotel Front Desk Associate

We are seeking a highly organized and detail-oriented Hotel Front Desk Clerk to join our team at Hearthstone Inn Dartmouth.
Job Summary:The Hotel Front Desk Clerk will be responsible for providing exceptional customer service to our guests, handling room reservations, and managing the front desk operations.
Key Responsibilities:- Register arriving guests and assign rooms
- Process group arrivals and departures
- Take, cancel, and change room reservations
- Provide information on hotel facilities and services
- Assist guests with special needs
- Answer telephone and relay telephone calls and messages
- Maintain an inventory of vacancies, reservations, and room assignments
- Follow emergency and safety procedures
- Clerical duties (faxing, filing, photocopying)
- Secondary (high) school graduation certificate
- 7 months to less than 1 year of experience in a similar role
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
- Ability to work under pressure and maintain attention to detail
- Reliability and team player
The Hotel Front Desk Clerk will work in a fast-paced hotel environment, interacting with guests and colleagues daily.
