Front Desk Representative

Job Summary
We are seeking a highly skilled and enthusiastic Front Desk Agent to join our team at New Castle Hotels & Resorts. As a Front Desk Agent, you will be the first point of contact for our guests, providing a warm and welcoming experience that sets the tone for their stay.
Key Responsibilities
- Deliver Exceptional Guest Service - Greet and welcome guests, respond to their needs, and resolve any issues in a timely and professional manner.
- Manage Front Desk Operations - Handle check-ins, check-outs, and room assignments, ensuring accuracy and efficiency in all transactions.
- Provide Assistance and Support - Offer help with luggage, directions, and other guest requests, demonstrating a commitment to customer satisfaction.
- Maintain a Safe and Secure Environment - Adhere to hotel safety and security policies, reporting any incidents or concerns to management.
- Meet Performance Standards - Achieve high levels of productivity, accuracy, and customer satisfaction, while maintaining a positive and professional attitude.
Requirements
To be successful in this role, you will need:
- Excellent Communication Skills - Strong verbal and written English skills, with the ability to communicate effectively with guests and colleagues.
- Front Office Software Proficiency - Familiarity with hotel front office systems and software, with the ability to learn and adapt to new systems.
- Physical Demands - Ability to stand for long periods, lift up to 20 pounds, and occasionally assist with luggage.
