Bilingual Customer Service Representative

We are seeking a highly skilled Bilingual Customer Care Representative to join our team at Recruit Action. As a key member of our team, you will be responsible for providing exceptional customer service to our clients in both English and French.
Job Summary:The successful candidate will be responsible for handling inbound calls from retirement plan members, providing support on account details and web/app navigation. You will also respond to complex customer queries, process transactions, and assist members with relevant forms.
Responsibilities:- Handle inbound calls from retirement plan members, offering support on account details and web/app navigation.
- Respond to complex customer queries, providing accurate and complete information.
- Process transactions and assist members with relevant forms.
- Maintain up-to-date knowledge of company policies and procedures.
- Collaborate with the team to meet service targets, including Average Handling Time (AHT), schedule adherence, and quality assurance metrics.
- Ensure excellent customer service in all interactions and take a proactive approach to problem-solving.
- Post-secondary education is preferred or equivalent work experience.
- 1-2 years of customer service or administrative experience.
- Bilingual fluency in English and French (spoken and written) to support clients in both languages.
- Experience working in an office or hybrid environment.
- Familiarity with working in a KPI-driven environment.
- Strong time-management and multitasking abilities.
- Ability to interact professionally with a wide range of personalities.
- Positive team player with excellent relationship-building skills.
- Ability to work both independently and within a team.
- Knowledge of Canadian retirement products (preferred but not required).
- Understanding of financial services concepts (preferred).
