We are seeking a highly skilled and motivated Bilingual Inside Sales Representative to join our team at John Brooks Company. As a key member of our sales team, you will be responsible for providing exceptional customer service, product selection, and quotation preparation to our clients.
Key Responsibilities:- Provide exceptional customer service through efficient and accurate order entry, effective time management, and timely communication with customers.
- Support the outside sales team by identifying and relaying customer opportunities, issues, and concerns, and building strong customer relationships.
- Prepare high-quality bids and quotations, and provide technical information to customers.
- Develop advanced knowledge of our order entry and CRM software, and coordinate with suppliers as needed.
- College diploma in a related field.
- Fluent in English and French.
- Minimum 1-3 years of related experience in industrial sales.
- Advanced computer skills, proficient with Microsoft Office Suite.
- Excellent interpersonal and communication skills, with a strong technical aptitude and attention to detail.
