Customer Service Representative

We are seeking a highly motivated and customer-focused individual to join our call center team as a Customer Service Representative. In this role, you will be responsible for providing exceptional customer service to our clients, answering their inquiries, and resolving any issues they may have.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Answering customer calls and responding to their inquiries
  • Providing personalized solutions to meet the specific needs of each client
  • Informing clients about our various products and services
  • Guiding clients in the utilization of our website
  • Promoting in-person visits to our branches
  • Registering clients to our personalized email system
Requirements:
  • Bilingualism (French and English)
  • Excellent customer service skills and positive attitude
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
  • Ability to navigate between different computer systems and applications
  • Ability to multi-task in a fast-paced environment
  • Interest in the automotive field
  • Reliability, punctuality, and ability to work days, evenings, and weekends
