FIVE RIVERZ IMMIGRATION CONSULTATION LTD. is seeking an Administrative Coordinator to join our team. The successful candidate will be responsible for reviewing and evaluating new administrative procedures, delegating work to office support staff, and establishing work priorities.

The ideal candidate will have a secondary (high) school graduation certificate and 1 year to less than 2 years of experience in a similar role. They will be responsible for co-ordinating and planning for office services, assisting in the preparation of operating budget, and maintaining inventory and budgetary controls.

The Administrative Coordinator will also be responsible for assembling data and preparing periodic and special reports, manuals, and correspondence. They will oversee and co-ordinate office administrative procedures and perform data entry tasks.

The successful candidate will have excellent communication and organisational skills and be able to work effectively in a team environment.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Review and evaluate new administrative procedures
  • Delegate work to office support staff
  • Establish work priorities and ensure procedures are followed and deadlines are met
  • Co-ordinate and plan for office services
  • Assist in the preparation of operating budget
  • Maintain inventory and budgetary controls
  • Assemble data and prepare periodic and special reports, manuals, and correspondence
  • Oversee and co-ordinate office administrative procedures
  • Perform data entry tasks

Requirements:

  • Secondary (high) school graduation certificate
  • 1 year to less than 2 years of experience in a similar role
  • Excellent communication and organisational skills
  • Ability to work effectively in a team environment

Working Conditions:
