The RoleThis position plays a critical role in delivering exceptional customer experiences. As a Customer Experience Representative, you will be responsible for ensuring clients receive timely and efficient service.
Key Responsibilities:
- Respond to client inquiries via phone, email, or live chat
- Keep clients informed about the status of their deliveries
- Collect feedback from clients and escalate complex cases as needed
- Identify areas for improvement and provide recommendations to enhance the company's service
To succeed in this role, you will need:
Essential Qualifications:
- 6 months of experience in a customer service position, preferably in a call center environment
- Excellent communication, listening, and writing skills
- Ability to remain calm and composed in challenging situations
- Bilingualism (English and French) is a must
- Familiarity with Office 365, Google Maps, and internet applications
About Salary: We offer a competitive salary ranging from $45,000 to $55,000 annually, based on location and experience.
