About the Role

Loblaw Digital is seeking a seasoned professional to lead our Technical Program Management team. As a Director, Networks Project Management, you will be responsible for driving the vision and strategy for technical program management excellence across our portfolio.

Key Responsibilities
  • Lead a team of technical program management professionals to drive end-to-end plan and communication management across multiple domains.
  • Develop and articulate the vision for technical program management excellence, ensuring high standards and output.
  • Partner with senior cross-functional experts to solve challenges, drive transformation, and achieve outcome-based goals and objectives.
  • Manage and launch large-scale e-commerce/technology projects, communicating technical and non-technical concepts to various stakeholders.
  • Showcase expert-level skills in stakeholder management and facilitation through clear, succinct, and streamlined communication.
Requirements
  • 10+ years of experience building, scaling, and transforming program/project management teams, initiatives, and processes.
  • Led multiple teams and managed major initiatives, strategic portfolios, and teams of teams.
  • Proven people leader with experience building, managing, and leading teams, enabling direct reports to progress in their careers.
  • Experience defining and articulating vision for technical program management and delivery excellence across a portfolio.
  • Strong technical ability with experience managing technical initiatives/programs and communicating technical constructs with varying stakeholders.
