Job Summary

We are seeking a seasoned Sales Supervisor to join our team at Canada Inc. As a key member of our sales department, you will be responsible for overseeing the sales process, ensuring excellent customer service, and driving revenue growth.

About This Role
  • This permanent full-time position offers a competitive salary of approximately $**55,000** per year, based on industry standards and location.
  • As a Sales Supervisor, you will lead a team of 3-4 sales workers, providing guidance, support, and feedback to ensure they meet their targets and provide exceptional customer experiences.
Duties and Responsibilities
  • Sales Operations: Assign sales workers to duties, authorize payments by cheque, order merchandise, and manage cash transactions.
  • Inventory Management: Organize and maintain inventory levels, ensuring that stock is always adequately stocked and easily accessible.
  • Reporting and Analysis: Prepare reports on sales volumes, merchandising, and personnel matters to inform business decisions and drive growth.
  • Customer Service: Resolve issues that may arise, including customer requests, complaints, and supply shortages.
Required Skills and Qualifications
  • Education: Secondary (high) school graduation certificate.
  • Experience: At least 1 month of experience in a sales or customer-facing role.
  • Skills: Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, ability to multitask, and strong problem-solving abilities.
